The Good Practice Guide” Incorporating Environmental Best Practice into Commercial Tenant Lease Agreements” is currently being trialled as part of the SEnvICS project, which primarily aims to focus on the development of green leases for both new and existing tenants. The project is providing existing tenants with environmental training. Opportunities identified through building reviews are also being highlighted to landlords and wherever possible incorporated into the lease contract. Case studies illustrating progress so far have been made available, and will be updated as the project progresses: Case studies are also being developed for the Environment Agency Wales and Newport City Council which will be added soon.
